What We Offer
Our ARMHS program provides personalized care through three main service components:
Basic Living and Social Skills (BLSS):
We help clients build daily living skills like budgeting, cooking, time management, and communication.
Community Intervention:
Support in brief transition, crisis, or when additional coordination is needed.

- Managing and coping with symptoms of mental illness
- Developing healthy habits and lifestyle patterns
- Preventing relapse and maintaining sobriety
- Preparation of cooking and nutrition
- Finding and participating in meaningful activities
- Enhancing interpersonal communication
- Managing benefits and community assistance
- Preparation for work and job-related activity completion
- Receiving help in a mental health crisis
- Learning about medications and treatment options

Eligibility

Adults above the age of 18

Residents of Anoka, Washington, Hennepin, Ramsey, Chisago, Dakota, or Isanti counties

Diagnosed with a mental health condition for which services are determined to be medically necessary by a licensed mental health professional

Self-payment or acceptance of PMAP (sliding scale fees applied)
